Just Release It Already (33)

The Watchers (Delcroix Academy # 2) by Inara Scott
Release Date: August 2, 2011

"Dancia's back at Delcroix, but this year, everything's different. Dancia's Talented, and her powers have earned her an invitation to join Delcroix's real raison d'etre --the Program. Dancia's wanted to use her powers to help people all her life -- and now Delcroix is going to give her the training she needs to use her Talent for good. At least...that’s what the school says she’ll learn to do with her powers. Her cuter-than-cute boyfriend Cam insists that it's true, and so do all the other students. But there's still a little voice inside her head that wonders -- if the Program's so great, why did her almost-only-a-friend- Jack run away rather than join? And why would the school be getting attacked by angry ex-students? Dancia's a loyal student...and a loyal girlfriend. But if finding out what's really going on means talking to Jack, well -- it's a risk she just might have to take."

I loved the first book. It simply blew me away. And so I fell in love and now need the second book to satify my hunger. But really, I have to wait this long! I really need it. I love the cover as well. So bright and pretty. I like to know what happens to Danica and that deliquent boy of hers. LOL

So Seriously?...Just Release It Already!

Happy Reading!

  1. I have yet to read the first (it's on my TBR list... somewhere...), but I've heard nothing but good things and can't wait to read them both. Great pick!

  2. I have not read this series but i've heard amazing things about it and the covers are awesome. I'll have to check them out soon :)

BTW posted a new Debut author Incites, this ones with Kelly Keaton so be sure to stop by!

  3. I'm looking forward to this one too! I'm hoping we get a lot more info on the Program itself, since that really wasn't mentioned until the end of The Candidates. And maybe some more Jack:)

  4. I haven't read the first one, but that cover is gorgeous! I didn't use to have cover lust, Savy, but since reading your site, I am developing a bad habit ;)

  5. Haven't read The Candidates yet but i'm loving the covers of this series.
    Thanks for sharing :)

  6. Oh boy...can't wait...I hope her grandmother is still hanging in there...

  7. Oooh, I still need to read the first book. I'm loving this cover. The colors and lightning make it look really cool.

  8. I haven't read the first book yet but have heard good things. I love this cover. It's similar to the first one in style but seems so different with the color scheme. I really like these colors.
