"Riley Blackthorne is beginning to learn that there are worse things than death by demon. And love is just one of them…
Seventeen-year-old Riley has about had it up to here. After the devastating battle at the Tabernacle, trappers are dead and injured, her boyfriend Simon is gravely injured, and now her beloved late father’s been illegally poached from his grave by a very powerful necromancer. As if that’s not enough, there's Ori, one sizzling hot freelance demon hunter who’s made himself Riley’s unofficial body guard, and Beck, a super over-protective “friend” who acts more like a grouchy granddad.  With all the hassles, Riley’s almost ready to leave Atlanta altogether.
But as Atlanta’s demon count increases, the Vatican finally sends its own Demon Hunters to take care of the city’s “little” problem, and pandemonium breaks loose. Only Riley knows that she might be the center of Hell’s attention: an extremely powerful Grade 5 demon is stalking her, and her luck can't last forever…"

How can I express how much this book filled me with great happiness? It gave me so many more answer yet it gave me so much more to look forward to!
What I liked most about this book is the plot line. Paced perfectly, the reader follows Riley as it picks up right where it left on, in the first book The Demon Trappers Daughter. I loved watching the plot unfold top more secrets, fights and Riley fighting for her place in the world. It's great reading about Riley as she begins to piece together her father's murder.

I loved watching Riley grow up. Faced with some uncompromisable positions, Riley must fight. Fight for a love that has burns for her for years, fight for her positions as a demon trapper, and fight for her friends. At times, I felt exhausted for Riley. But I am glad that she is not only stubborn, but refused to back down.

What got me about this book is the love interest. It is so complicated yet simple. I can see it flashing before my eyes, but other obstacles get in the way. I loved that this love is enduring yet passionate. I adored that Ms. Oliver gave the reader such a great description of what is happening. I love being put right into the story, and going along with the characters as they go through their journey.

Soul Thief is what the title is.  A thief taking things left and right from Riley. Giving her no chance but to fight for what is hers.Written darkly passionate, Ms. Oliver once again gave me a story that not only gripped the readers, but gave them so much more than expected. *implied sex/cursing*

I give it 5 BITES!

Happy Reading!
