Blog Tour: Sometimes Never

Title: Sometimes Never
Series: Sometimes Never #1
Genre: New Adult-Romance
Author:Cheryl McIntyre
Publisher: N/A
Release Date:
Book: Blog Tour

Hope didn't have the best role model when it came to relationships. She’s content with her current no-strings-attached extracurricular activity with the lead singer of her band. She’s never believed in love and commitment. Mason starts his eighth school in five years anticipating nothing more than the usual—boring classes, fighting more than making friends, and girls happily willing to succumb to his easy smile. He’s never put much stock into love at first sight—until he sees her. Regardless of their painful pasts, Hope and Mason discover that sometimes never can become forever.

Before starting this review I would like to take the time to let you that this book is considered New Adult and so the recommend ages are 17+. There is foul language, sexual scenes ect.

This was going to be my second New Adult book I was going to read and I was nervous but excited. I am finally going to be branching out from Young Adult so exciting.

First of all Hope is a person I would like to have on my good side and not my bad side for fear of being beaten. For sure she is a girl who kicked ass in this book and she had my attention. Now Mason on the other hand is the guy most girls swoon over. However, he is quickly blown away when he lays his  eyes on Hope.

I liked how Mason and Hope's relationship throughout the book. There were struggles but who said love was ever easy. The idea of falling in love within one day is what I call a fairy tale but who knows maybe one day it could happen to me. You never know!

Sometimes Never is a book with a good story but one that is just missing just a little bit more spark to catch my full love. I recommend this book to anyone wanting a good story to read. Who knows, maybe you will be swept off your feet.

I give it 3 bites!

Author Info

Cheryl McIntyre is a mother, author, and insomniac, as well as a reader, movie critic, and incredibly bad singer. She’s lived in the same area of Ohio her whole life, though she secretly has dreams of moving somewhere a little warmer—preferably near a beach.
Her life revolves around four things: family, music, books, and really bad scary movies. If she doesn’t have a kid on her hip, an iPod in her hand, or a laptop in front of her face, it’s one of those rare moments when she’s actually sleeping.
You can follow her author page on Facebook where she lives part time. On Goodreads, which is like crack for avid readers. Or on Twitter, though it’s rumored she has yet to master the art of tweeting.

  1. Yeah Chayse! Congrats on branching out from YA! I love the new adult genre so much, and this one definitely has a sexy look about it. Even though it didn't wow you, I hope you'll keep trying some NA titles!
